    The gems on its head shift from red to green and its body shifts from light blue to a periwinkle. Overall a very nice shiny.

This Pokémon is usually seen found near ponds, marshes, lakes, cities, parks and industrial areas. Also near bodies of water, including streams, rivers, lakes, beaches, oceans, or harbors.
