Shiny Dewgong

Looks like they've been living in polluted water.

I get that monochrome isn't easy to make pop, but this one really doesn't hit for me.

I really like cream. But it should have changed the eye colour as well, to justify the shiny.

I think the cream color is nice, and it's fairly easy to tell apart from the original. Given that the original is only one color, I think this is a fine shiny.

That is the lamest shiny pokemon ever! I can hardly see the difference! That is the worst hardly able to see shade ever! 1/5 bro, 1/5!

Recognizability: Fail

Not enough of a difference. Barely shows up on this site even.

Color balance: Pass

The contrast in the eyes gets a little weaker due to the color getting washed out but overall it's still good.

Aesthetic quality: Pass

It's...okay. It looks a bit more like a real seal so I'll give it a point for that.

Enjoyment over original: Fail

The original already has a lovely color. Ideally what we'd want to see is a nicer color from the shiny. But no, we don't.

It's slightly different than the original. But the very light pee color isn't that appealing
