    Very hard to see in overworld encounters and not exactly something worth hunting. It isn't the worst by any means but it is very very mid.

    If you presented these two Seel to me, I would not be able to tell you which was shiny. Probably wouldn't even notice they were different

Seel was originally discovered in the Kanto region. The main colors of shiny Seel are white, and yellow. The typing of this Pokémon is water. The Pokédex number of Seel is #86. In the dex they call Seel the Sea Lion Pokémon
