The shiny version of Dewgong in Pokémon GO was released on 01-05-2019.
Dewgong was originally discovered in the Kanto region. The main colors of shiny Dewgong are white, and yellow. The typing of this Pokémon is ice and water. The Pokédex number of Dewgong is #87. In the dex they call Dewgong the Sea Lion Pokémon

Dewgong loves to snooze on bitterly cold ice. The sight of this Pokémon sleeping on a glacier was mistakenly thought to be a mermaid by a mariner long ago. This Pokémon is usually seen near water, this does not necessarily have to be frozen water. ice types are seen in cold climates and are featured yearly during the holidays event.

Dewgong belongs to the Seel family.
