This Pokémon is usually seen open fields, beaches, ditches, streams, railways and airports. Also near water, this does not necessarily have to be frozen water. ice types are seen in cold climates and are featured yearly during the holidays event.

4.5 – Rounded up because I personally really like this one. I could understand people who generally don’t like green shines not liking it for looking ‘sickly’ but I think this light shade avoids some of those pitfalls. This green is just a good earthy color that stands out from the original brown. It feels fresh like new grass poking out from melted snow, or like moss. And the nose reminds me a bit of a mushroom too. Side by side they remind me of a kiwi fruit, brown on the outside, green on the inside.
If I were to suggest another color just for fun, I’d make it peppermint colors with white fur and either red or green stripes. Icy blue could also suit the ice typing, or pink since its a pig.

It poses a huge problem when your shiny palette exchanges the perception of fur for skin. Shiny Swinub looks like that episode of Jimmy Neutron with Sheen and his monstrously-sized brain.
