    i love the lighter blue but cannot STAND the green shell. it just looks worse and worse as the evolutions go on

    Cannot easily tell that it is shiny but the shell is green! I also like the lighter tone better.

    This picture doesn't show the green shell which is what makes the shiny good in my opinion. I'd go maybe 3.8 but I'll round up.
