BEAUTIFUL

This was my first shiny in Legends za and it was an alpha so I'm kind of bias, plus its mega evolution is my new favorite mega and the colors for the mega when shiny and non shiny are both very cool.

Blue rings on the brighter red carapace are a nice pairing

Too subtle, a lot of lost potential, had much more hopes after whirlipede

> beautiful beautiful boy. one might think that the changes to him are lacking, but look again. note his cooler undertones here, especially in his grey underbelly and even the now almost greenish eyes. marvel at the way this quality of coolness and the cyan of his rings are highly complementary to that warm vermillion, as compared to the more analogous arrangement of red-pink and muted amethyst in the original design. the high contrast, color choices, and overall vibrancy really make this little guy stand out without sacrificing any aesthetic pleasure he may provide as a product of artistic excellence. he is the quintessential shiny pokemon.
