Shiny Pikachu (explorer)

The costume is cool and unique! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the shiny coloration

Again, would have been awesome if the costume Pikachu were given unique shiny variants since they can't be transferred to HOME anyway.

This is the cutest Pikachu hat in the game to me, second to only the summer hat with the sunglasses. The only downside is this one cannot be evolved into Raichu. I don't think the shiny doesn't clash too badly for this one.

If I were to choose alternate shiny colors just for fun, I'd make this one Wingull colors. White main body, blue stripes, orange cheeks. Would suit the summery Hoenn vibes.

It just clashes? So badly? The sunhat one worked because of the tan and this should too in theory but also there's the colonalism undertones...I'd rate -5 if I could

find it funny that the only people who reviewed this one have the pikachu fan badge, guess most people gave up around here. probably because this shiny doesn't look very good

The costume and shiny's tropical natures go hand in hand but also don't prevent Pikachu's shiny from overcoming its bland nature.

Cool hat, terrible shiny that looks like chesee... Really Gamefreak, couldn't you make shiny Pikablue for players to be able to recognize it?
