This is the cutest Pikachu hat in the game to me, second to only the summer hat with the sunglasses. The only downside is this one cannot be evolved into Raichu. I don't think the shiny doesn't clash too badly for this one.

If I were to choose alternate shiny colors just for fun, I'd make this one Wingull colors. White main body, blue stripes, orange cheeks. Would suit the summery Hoenn vibes.
