Still just tanned pikachu, missed opportunity with the charizard hat not being shiny itself

It should have been shiny charizard on the hat.

Some of the Pikachus with the flopped down ears look cute, but this hat isn't salvageable for me. Maybe you'd like it more if you're a huge Charizard fan, but its a lackluster beanie to me. I'd like it more if they added an additional element to the costume, like fake wings or a fireball on the tail. The one merit to getting shiny Pikachu here is that its slightly closer to Charizard colors. I think it would be more clever an have more cotrast if the hat turned shiny Charizard colors though.

Should've made the hat also change to charizrd's shiny to make it more special

Charizard hat looks too rigid for the smoother, simplicity of shiny Pikachu, and its same-palette blending comes to work against any lasting appeal it might've had.
