    Blue Red shinies are always nice, personally I'd prefer if the belly was a deeper red (less pinkish) though

    Honestly this is one of the best shinies the pink is unique and I think this would be a very cool Pokémon to have

    The dark pinks looks sick on Lugia and it is a very cool shiny to own and one of my personal favs.

This Pokémon is a legendary Pokémon, thereby it is not available in the wild. It can only be caught by raids, during events or by completing tasks.
