The shiny version of Lotad in Pokémon GO was released on 29-03-2019.
Lotad was originally discovered in the Hoenn region. The main colors of shiny Lotad are blue, and red. The typing of this Pokémon is grass and water. The Pokédex number of Lotad is #270. In the dex they call Lotad the water Weed Pokémon

Lotad live in ponds and lakes, where they float on the surface. It grows weak if its broad leaf dies. On rare occasions, this Pokémon travels on land in search of clean water. This Pokémon is usually seen near grassy areas, such as golf courses, farms, gardens, or residential areas. Also near bodies of water, including streams, rivers, lakes, beaches, oceans, or harbors.

Lotad belongs to the Lotad family.
