If you like this either jolteon is your favorite pokemon or you are colorblind, it isn't vibrant enough to be considered an "electric" green and just looks like vomit, an unfortunate fate of many green shiny pokemon

As an Instinct player I prefer the original colors for team rep, but Jolteon's shiny is pretty neat! At a glance I'm on the fence if the color is too similar to the original, but Pokemon Go has done a better job contrasting them than some other game sprites- the off color white helps. I actually really enjoy the green after thinking about it and it makes sense, since the Thunderstone is also green. I had an old Raichu shiny redesign with a similar concept, so its neat to see there is an official pokemon that follows the same logic incidental or not.

I'd consider tweaking the colors so they are more accurate to the item, perhaps make the mane yellow- but its design is not consistent across games and I'm not sure that'd actually look better. For a complete overhaul though, it might look neat if the main body was black and the ruff was yellow like a spiky lil storm cloud. I'm happy with what shiny Jolteon looks like. Makes me think of a radioactive power plant or something. And its spiky like pine needles.
