Shiny Hypno

Personally not a fan of looking at it, but I do think the colours are fitting for Hypno.

Noticeably shiny, but the color balance is off :/. I think they should have kept the dark maroon color they used on Drowzee and used it for the fluff on Hypno's collar thingy. Or just make it a baby pink, instead of making it this weird beigey pink theyve got going on here.

Definitely noticeable from the non-shiny.

Color balance: Pass

It's not balanced with maroon like Drowzee and is a much lighter pink. The lines on the knees for definition have lost contrast but I'm not sure those are really that important.

Aesthetic quality: Pass

Shiny Hypno is strange. Like shiny Drowzee, something is odd and terrible about this. It does look like something horribly whimsical from a dream or nightmare. This works.
