2.5 - Its a visible shiny. Its honestly not the worst color but the other colors could have been changed to make it more cohesive. A more coppery-orange or red would have been much preferable. And personally would prefer at least one of the other markings to change color (either the gold studs or the black).

Same thought as Aloan Geodude for my suggestions to change it - Red and gold, similar to a Thunderegg.

Or possibly crystal blue, since Alola did already refrence he anime with surfing pikachu themed raichu.
