This bloke has a really cool costume! If shiny pikachu was a better color, this would be a top-tier costume shiny.

For the most part I think I actually prefer the shiny here, makes it look more mismatched and patchwork, though the bow looks a bit worse since it doesn't have the same contrast. Again, changing the costume to shiny Mimikyu colors would have been the better move here.

And if I were to overhaul colors and give it something Go exclusive just for fun a shadow gray pikachu (or dark purple if you don't wanna go full black) would suit the costume even better.

Shiny mimikyu would have been better but the shiny pika works here at least as its mostly covered, and orange for spooky season

No amount of detraction of Pikachu's shiny would've made shiny Mimikyu-Pikachu less appealing.
