Pikachus shiny is pretty mid even more so since it doesn't synergize with any hats, anyway looking forward to copying this response to 50 other entries :(. At least i have this one, not as shiny though, honestly so much is covered up that you hardly notice anyway...

There’s too much going on with the costume here, and it doesn’t make up for it by looking particularly amazing. I may have missed a shiny one if I found it

This one doesn't work for me, which is a shame since the costume is pretty cute on the default colors. Also gets negative for not being able to evolve. The red tones of the ribbon just look terrible with the off color orange. Perhaps they could have changed the costume colors to something more harmonious, perhaps making the coat red instead, but then it wouldn't be a snowman anymore.

Again, since costume pokemon aren't transferable they could have made Go exclusive shiny colors. Snow white Pikachu with orange carrot tipped ears? That would be perfect.
