Since I already rated Pikachu's shiny, I'll just rate how good it looks with the props.

PIKACHU LOOKS SO COZY AND CUTE!! Though the clothes make noticing the shiny much more harder. The outfit is well-made and quite adorable, but since we're rating based off how it makes the shiny look, not very good. Maybe they could've at least made the red on the hat green and swapped the pattern of the scarf.

they could have made the clothes swap colours or something

adorable, but the shiny form should have a blue and white scarf to represent the season of winter instead of the normal holiday season that the original has

Decent outfit, actually one of my favs but it won't be a 4 star since the pikachu still is SUNBURNT
