I love the balloons it has! If only they were recolored as well.

Still just tanned pikachu, the balloons are nice. Too bad they don't get different colors in the shiny version.

Adorable but as everyone is saying- balloons should have changed. It would be neat if they all turned one color to contrast with the colorful original. (Gold or Red would be my personal pick). Or if half were red and half white for pokeball colors.

And my suggestion for a unique pokemon go exclusive shiny color overhaul? Pale blue or pink pikachu, each stripe and cheek is a different color to match the balloons. Again, costumed pokemon can't be transferred to HOME anyway so they should have just had fun with them. 2 was my rating for regular shiny pikachu, adding balloons to it doesn't higher or lower that rating for me.

Costume and shiny don't lend themselves to one-another, but the costume's novelty makes up for an otherwise lacking endeavor.

Cool ballons, terrible shiny that looks like chesee... Really Gamefreak, couldn't you make shiny Pikablue for players to be able to recognize it?
