I'm comfortable calling this one of the worst shinies of all time. To Pokemon Go's credit, Persian has never had a good shiny, the best its had feel like miscolors one way or the other. And it had pink shading in GSC I guess.

If the original persian was more golden a white shiny actually would work here, but as it stands the cream and the off color white are just too similar. And only changing the inner ear color does not catch your attention at all.

So for my overhaul suggestions: I think most people would really appreciate a black panther version of Persian, especially if the gem changed to a nice color like gold or purple too. Or you could change the main fur to orange/gold/copper like some other big cat like tigers/cougars/cheetahs/etc. A nice jade gem would pair well with that.
