It's fine. As a Halloween spooky spooky pokemon the green works but in any other scenario I would hate it.

3.5 - Stands out as a shiny. However I am not a huge fan of this color for Mismagius, so I rounded down. Yellow/gold feels arbitrary and its a little disappointing the gem color and eyes don't change. I think leaning more into green would make it more witch-like. However I can understand wanting it to be a different color from its pre-evolution since they aren't the same shade either.

If I were to choose the main color to be a ghostly white to then it would be more like a white mage or Teru teru bōzu. I'd make the accents pink or light red. (And if all colors can change, I'd give it tear blue gems, and make its eyes a yellow and purple).
