This was my first ever random encounter shiny back in Diamond, so I have a soft spot for it. Its a good color change that immediately stands out! That particular shade of red/orange makes me think of fighting types immediately like brick breaking and such. I like prevos and evos swapping colors in the shiny form if it works and I think it works here.

Without the nostalgia I don't know if I'd be that excited for hunting for it though I'm not sure if that's the colors or general disinterest in this pokemon.

Two suggestions if I were to overhaul it - 1. Pink and green, like a lotus flower! 2. Purple so its more psychic type looking. Keeping the white does make sense to give it more of a beginner look, a pale yellow could be okay though.

While it’s cute that they gave him the colours of non-shiny medicham, it just doesn’t look great on him. Kinda looks sunburnt with it’s more human body.

I love the red shade on medetite and really think it stands out.
