What if I..... take the log... is it still a shiny?

The log changing to look kinda like a pillow is cute. Maybe something subtle on komala itself could have changed though, like its nose or the fluffy bits on it.

I know the point is that the Pokemon is the log, but could *nothing* be done for the koala itself?

I love the pink log, if I was ranking the log then I'd give it 5 stars but- this is just a shiny log. Not a shiny Komala. What does shiny Komala look like? Upsetting

what if the pokemon was a log with a bear attached to it all along

I hate when the shiny variant of a pokemon carrying an object only changes the object's color and not the actual main body of a pokemon. So what if it loses its object, what makes it different than the others?
