Joltik was originally discovered in the Unova region. The main color of shiny Joltik is yellow. The typing of this Pokémon is bug and electric. The Pokédex number of Joltik is #595. In the dex they call Joltik the Attaching Pokémon

They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch. This Pokémon is usually seen open fields, farms, forests, parks, play fields, beaches, ditches, streams, railways and airports and the countryside in general. Also near industrial buildings, college campuses and dry climates.
