Shiny Horsea

Recognizability: Fail

It is pretty easy to not notice that this is a shiny.

Color balance: Pass

The shift isn't too much so the color balance and contrast remain solid.

Aesthetic quality: Pass

Aesthetically it's pretty good. I like the dark turquoise (ESPECIALLY in the sprite versions), and the very subtle pink color is also a plus.

Enjoyment over original: Pass

It's nice.

It’s very cool and the aquamarine really fits its vibe as well as covering the majority of it but I feel like if I saw it in a swarm of Horsea, I couldn’t tell the difference.

A subtle but good change, makes horsea look more aquatic.

It reminds me of those lizard things I had when I was younger that would stick to walls and stuff. It's kind of boring though. They tried to escape the "Blue Pokemon's shinies arent always pink!!" allegations but made the stomach pink
