Shiny Hitmonlee

Green shinies became widespread initially due to the simplistic palette swap approach for generating alternately colored sprites. Coincidentally or not, green proved one of the most appealing colors. This enduring popularity, perhaps boosted by cultural associations with the color, help green variants remain cherished across all generations of games. Anyone hating on the green shinies are more then likely gen zers who don’t have a clue about the good ol days of the start of Pokemon.

idk why everyone hates on the green they use. It’s a good bit different from original and I personally like the green on most pokemon they use it on!!

Better than the shinies that change almost nothing, but that shade of green doesn't work well with Hitmonlee

Why green? At least Hitmonlee being an unidentifiable blob kinda saves it from looking too bad

stupid puke green for stupid punching bag shaped pokemon. I just hate Hitmonlee for no reason other than that he looks stupid and I'm upset he exists to stop me from getting Hitmonchan easier.
