I want to like this shiny form much more than I do. It is a very clear, distinct departure from the original design, and deserves commendation as such. However, it falls far short of its potential. For a pokemon with such few colors in the design, it ultimately feels lazy to change only one. It would have been simple and extremely effective to change the color of the eye and or skull as well, adding far more than the sum of the changes. Moreover, the muted red body, while different from the basic form, simply does not feel right for the pokemon's design.

Missed opportunity the y should of made the eye blue but it's still good

I like this More than I used to. The red matches the eye.

honestly, i looked up the sprite from the older games and it's the perfect red. its a shame that it looks like this now. five stars for what if used to be. (shoulda done this for dusclops)
