    It's a bleak color. I suppose Banette is somewhat bleak in itself but a baby blue just doesn't fit with it's aesthetic

Banette was originally discovered in the Hoenn region. The main color of shiny Banette is blue. The typing of this Pokémon is ghost. The Pokédex number of Banette is #354. In the dex they call Banette the Marionette Pokémon
